The wedding ceremony and reception are both taking place at the same place. The Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. 1571 Poipu Rd, Koloa, HI 96756.

Guests who are staying at the hotel are able to just walk down to the venue site. As for guests who chose to accomondate elsewhere, are able to valet at the hotel or ride-share to the hotel.

Ceremony: 4:30pm to 5:00pm Cocktail Hour: 5:00pm to 6:00pm Reception: 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Please keep in mind these times are not exact and there could be time delays or schedule changes. We appreciate your understanding!

The wedding reception will end at 10:00pm. As of now there is no talk about an after-party but may be subjected to change!

Both our wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Given the time of year and location we reccomend bringing a light coat as it can get chilly at night and possibility of sprinkling. Since it is a tropical environment there are higher chances of rain so there will be a backup location if this does occur.

Please leave your cards and cash behind as there will be an open bar stocked with spirits, beer, wine, soft drinks, and more.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We are lucky enough to have everything we need for our new life together, so please, no gifts. Simply bring yourself and your dancing shoes – we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While we understand that everyone wants to take pictures for their own memories, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the wedding ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

However, there is possibly a discount code we are able to give individuals who want to book there for a cheaper rate. The weather in Kauai around October is nice. There is a higher chance of rain during this time of year but the afternoons are warm and nights can get cold.
